If you are new to PayLease then here are some simple instructions:

• Use the link to Create Your Account.
• Select Create Your Account UNDER the renter heading.
• It will have you put in an address, so type in the address you are applying for, and click search.
• Select the property with Rainey Property Management noted on it by clicking on This Is My Property.
• It will take you back to a login screen. Click on Create Your Account again. (This is our form to create the account.)
• You can make your application fee payment here after your account is created!
  

TIP: create a password with all lowercase letters/numbers. It does not like capital letters.
